Order Updates
You can check your order details and status in your customer account. "Awaiting Fullfillment" status means we have received the order and payment, but have not begun to process the order yet. Most orders are processed and shipped within a week, and deliver in 1 to 3 days once shipped.

Check your email
Make sure you enter and spell your email address correctly. If you do not receive a reply, your email address may have been incorrect or your email may have filtered out the reply. Spoof / Fradulent / Phishing Scam emails
It has come to our attention that a phishing scam fraudulent email was sent to many of our customers suggesting that they have a balance owed to us. The fraudulent email comes from [email protected], which is not our email address or even our website domain. Our email and website domain is dirtyworks-kc.com. Also, the phone number listed on the fraudulent email is incorrect, additionally the email is from Grant Moulton who is not any person that we know and is not affiliated with our company. If you receive an email from [email protected], or any other person at dirtyworks-llc.com, please disregard and block that email.
